Trim fat from pork and poke holes in meat at varying intervals.
For barbecue sauce: Combine sauce ingredients and spoon or brush onto pork. Place pork on a heated grill for 10 minutes. Turn and cook for another 10 minutes. A thick tenderloin will take another 5 minutes. A meat thermometer inserted into the center should read 160 degrees F.
Remove pork and let sit for 5 minutes before carving. Meanwhile, warm remaining sauce. Carve pork, slicing the meat on an angle, and serve on the side.
