Ingredients

4 whole pita bread
1/4 to 1/2 cup tomato sauce, to taste
4 oz turkey breast slice
8 slices tomato
4 slice cheese (e.g., muenster, cheese, Gouda, Jarlsberg)

Preparation

Smear one side of each pita with some tomato sauce. Add 1 slice of turkey, 2 slices of tomato, and 1 slice of cheese, in that order.

Heat the pitas in a toaster oven or under the broiler for a few minutes or until the cheese melts and the pizzas are heated through.
